Cancellation - Travel Insurance
our general cancellation conditions for individual travelers
Unless there is a valid reason of cancellation on your part
we will always charge the corresponding cancellation fees.

A missing or not valid proof and | or quarantine, if still required in the future,
are no reasons for a free cancellation - safety, health protection and well-being of all of us is our top priority:
in case of another shut down, border closure, governmental closure of our location Kleinarl | our house, or our location Kleinarl | our house is under quarantine – we do not assume this – no more fees will be charged to you. The deposit you have already made will be changed into a voucher which does not expire and can be used at any time of your alternative date of choice - you have tested positive for COVID – it is necessary to hand in your positive test result,
close relatives fall ill with COVID – and you cannot start your vacation or have to cancel it earlier than planned - we recommend the various services of EUROPÄISCHEN REISERÜCKTRITTSVERSICHERUNG

At our house and in our small idyllic village Kleinarl we ask you to be very careful and very responsible.
Keep your distance if necessary. Allow us a bit more time for everything than we are sometimes used to – quality just takes time. Respect and treasure each other, as one does it in a loving family. Then a vacation with us feels like a vacation - also in times of Covid.
According to plan our complete service can be used as usual in the whole house.
However in our public areas we place a high value on the right distance, careful hand washing or disinfection of hands, face mask only if the latest regulation requires it or if you feel better and safer with it. Our indoor swimming pool and our wellness area is open as usual. We kindly ask you to be respectful to others and keep the appropriate distance please.

We comply with the recommendations of our health department, our hygiene and cleaning routines have been adapted and adjusted accordingly. So please let that be our business - that is our job! Your vacation should be safe, relaxing, unforgettable ans simply something very special - a vacation to remember!

your deposit will be credited to another date,
but just during the same season - summer or winter - till 30 days before arrival
your deposit will be withheld as a cancellation fee – sorry, but a credit to any other
period is not possible. Depending on your travel period further fees my apply - as of then
100 % of the travel amount will be charged - less services provided by external companies -
such as infrastructure tax, ski pass, dinner, … -
Money - back guarantee
In the event of a border or hotel closure or a lockdown, you can cancel free of charge, even at short notice. It is not so rare that things turn out differently than you think, and the booked vacation must be canceled or prematurely broken off.
We therefore recommend taking out a hotel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung (including Covid coverage). To avoid unnecessary fees and anger! We recommend that you take out Hotel Cancellation Plus (incl. helicopter recovery costs) as a personal service, which you can calculate and take out via the following link.
The insurance fees for only Hotel Cancellation Premium - approx. 7 % or Hotel Cancellation Plus - approx. 6 % of your booking sum.
