Booking information for your vacation at Hotel Angerwirt
- Check-in (start of performance): from approx. 3 pm
- Check-out (end of service): until 10 am at the latest
You are also welcome to use our services before the start of the service or after the end of the service for a small extra charge:
- Infrastructure: € 30,- per accommodation & day
- Infrastructure + room: € 60,- per accommodation and day (room release until 1 pm at the latest)
Please register both in advance and consult us early enough so we can check availability. Please keep in mind that part of our public area is under video surveillance!

Our prices are all-inclusive. Included services that are not used during your stay will not be refunded.

You will find plenty of free parking in front of our hotel and at the garden house.
Good morning buffet breakfast is included in your stay:

Also included are delicious cakes that await you daily in the afternoon (drinks not included).
We are happy to offer you our accommodations also with 3/4 board. The 3-course (soup, main course and dessert) or the 5-course gourmet menu (soup, salads from the buffet, main course, dessert and cheese from the buffet) you will enjoy in the partner hotel, only 3 minutes walk away. The younger guests choose from the separate children's menu with soup, main course and dessert.
Oh, how cozy: We will gladly provide you with a bath bag with bathrobe and bath towel during your stay.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the Vital- & Familienhotel Angerwirt. Thank you for your understanding!
We are a non-smoking house. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony or terrace.
The infrastructure tax is not included in the accommodation prices and amounts to € 4, - per adult (from 14,99 years) per night.

Please note that we charge a flat daily rate for our comfort apartments, so unfortunately there are no child discounts here.
Our rooms can also be booked for single use on request. In this case we charge the total daily rate (e.g. in a double room the price for 2 persons).
We charge a short night surcharge for stays under 5 nights.
Reservations are only considered firm when a written confirmation has been received by both parties and a deposit (booking component) of 1/3 of the tour price has been paid. The deposit is considered as the final confirmation of the booking. In case of cancellation the deposit will always be retained!
Your final bill will always be in cash: Payment of your hotel bill is only possible in cash. We do not accept credit cards, ATM cards or EC cards.
If there is no valid reason for cancellation on your part, we will always charge the appropriate cancellation fees, depending on the cancellation period. In general, the provisions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply to cancellations.
In general

your deposit will be credited to another date - the same season, summer or winter. - up to 30 days before arrival
your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee - a credit for another date is unfortunately not possible. Additional fees may apply depending on the travel period. - from then on
100% of the travel sum - minus services by external parties - will be
such as infrastructure tax, ski pass, dinner,... - will be charged.
Money-back guarantee
We recommend taking out hotel cancellation insurance (valid from the 10th day after taking out the insurance), e.g. Europäische Reiseversicherung (incl. COVID coverage) or Hotelstorno Plus Versicherung (incl. helicopter recovery costs).
The insurance fees are for
- only hotel cancellation premium approx. 7 %
- Hotel Cancellation Plus approx. 6% of your booking total
Down payment
Your deposit will always be retained in case of cancellation. The payment made is considered to be the main booking component and will be deducted at credited to your room bill at the time of check-in. Deposits not made will not be recognized as cancellations under any circumstances.
Please note
- Cancellations will be acknowledged only in writing.
- We ask for your understanding that a late arrival and / or early departure of the
Departure will be charged. - Cancellations during the holiday/main travel season will be charged 100% unless an equivalent resale is made.
- We do not accept credit cards, ATM cards and EC cards, so unfortunately insurance coverage is not possible with them.
Lockdown
In the event of a border or hotel closure or lockdown, you can cancel free of charge, even at short notice.
- An additional charge will be made for persons who have not registered (also applies to children).
- Our accommodations may differ from each other in spatial design and arrangement, size, location and so on. Thus, the sketches and photos given are only indicative.
- All prices in Euro. Changes and errors excepted.
Exceptional times - special measures
Safe vacation: COVID-19
If our house is open and accessible, our generally stated cancellation conditions apply. Please note any requirements for your vacation or entry and any unexpected travel cancellation. Missing or invalid proof and/or quarantine, if still required in the future, are not grounds for free cancellation.
Safety, security and the well-being of all of us is our top priority: Should there be another lock-down, a border closure, an official closure of our resort Kleinarl/our house, or should our resort Kleinarl/our house be under quarantine - which we do not assume - there will be no further fees for you. Your deposit will be converted into a voucher that does not expire and can be redeemed at any time on your preferred date.
If you have tested positive for COVID-19 yourself, submission of your positive test result is required. If close relatives fall ill with COVID-19 and you are therefore unable to start your vacation or have to cancel it prematurely, we recommend that you consider the extensive benefits of the European Travel Cancellation Insurance - the conclusion of which is your own responsibility. The insurance is valid from the 10th day after conclusion.
Please understand that the reasons that even this travel cancellation insurance does not cover - such as a possible cancellation due to prudence (high-risk patient), concern about infection, loss of job, quarantine,... unfortunately also can not be covered by our side - we are very sorry.

We ask you, in these extraordinary times, for extra care and self-responsibility:
- Keep your distance when necessary.
- Give us all a little more time than we are sometimes used to - quality takes time.
As scheduled, our complete services are available for use throughout the hotel, as usual. In our public areas, however, we place great emphasis on proper spacing, thorough hand washing or hand disinfection, mask use only if required by current regulations or if you feel more comfortable and safe wearing one. Our indoor swimming pool and wellness area is also open, but we ask for consideration for the other guests. Please keep the appropriate distance here as well.
- Antigen rapid test options for our guests at Hotel Angerwirt (subject to availability): free of charge and without advance reservation, pick-up between 08:00 and 11:00 at our reception.
- Public testing opportunities: depending on the current regulation. You are welcome to fill out the registration form for the test day in advance.
We adhere to the recommendations of the health authority. Our hygiene and cleaning processes have been adapted and adjusted accordingly. Don't worry about it and please let that be our job. Because your vacation with us should be safe, relaxing, unforgettable and simply something very special.
