- Infrastructure delivery (different taxes): Euro 3,00 per adult (starting from 14,99 years)/night.
- Single room supplement - for sure rooms can be booked for single-use
- incl. Feel-Good-Accommodation-Service -
first fitting out with: bedlinen and towels; incl. dishes, mess tin and cutlery; incl. final-cleaning-service - Low season prices are valid on booking of 7 nights or more.
- A supplement will be charged for short stays
- For non-registered guests in apartments a supplement will be charged (also valid for children)
- When booking a double room for single occupancy the full rate will be charged
- Price differences possible due to varying facilities, size and location of rooms and apartments
- Pets sorry, but it's not possible to take your lovely pets with you - thanks for your understanding
- Bathrobes & towels available during your stay
- Our prices are flat rate prices - services that are not used will not be refunded - no lunch box service
- Half board available on request - against a supplement
- Rooms available on arrival day after 3.00 pm - start of service
- Rooms must be vacated by the latest of 10.00 am on day of departure - end of service
- Surcharges for the use of our services before the start of the service | after the end of the service
Infrastructure - Euro 30,- per accommodation | per day | room release by 10.00 a.m. at latest
Infrastructure + room - Euro 60,- per accommodation | per day | room release by 13.00 hrs at latest

reservation, payment and final bill
- Room reservations are binding when both sides have confirmed in writing
and/or a deposit has been paid. In the event of cancellation your
deposit will not be refunded.

The deposit can also be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Your credit card is used as a guarantee for your confirmed booking. In the case that you will not arrive we charge your credit card.
Your final bill can only be paid in cash. - Your hotel bill can only be settled in cash. We do not accept any credit cards/cash cards
late arrival and cancellaions
- Late arrival and early departure will be charged in total - all 100 %
- We recommend a travel insurance
- Cancellations valid in writing only
